Simply Amazing Book -Love Your Body

Louise L. Hay - The best selling author of You Can Heal Your Life

Positive Affirmation Guide for Loving and Appreciating your Body!

Another Simply Amazing Book - Love Your Body, A Positive Affirmation Guide for Loving and Appreciating Your Body.     In this wonderful little  book,  Loiuse L. hay bring you 54 affirmation treatments designed to help you create a beautiful, healthy, happy body. If you're challenged by a particular part of your body, use this book to remind yourself that God made you beauty-full.

I refer to this Book when I feel,  I need a kiss of life re-affrimation.   The images,  the media project as beautiful that don't look like us, sometime have us questioning How we measure up, or if we measure up.  As much as we know we love our body, saying it out loud and doing the mirror work makes it more real.  Self Talk, reinforce our self- worth.    This small book has big messages.  Often we look in the mirror and see the things we don't like about ours selves, hips too big, legs too small, etc.   If we except and speak love too  those parts that we find with flaws with, send kisses, there will be change in the way you see your body.   There will be a change in the way you walk, which will change the way others see you.   Confident is a women's greatest asset.

My Simply Amazing Book!

My healing kiss Book is Scared Pampering Principles by Debrena Jackson Gandy

Healing life with kisses:

An African- American Women's Guide to Self-Care and inner renewal.
Debrenda writes, treat yourself to serenity, satisfaction, and success.  Ideas for nurturing your mind, your body, and your spirit.  There's nothing selfish about being good to yourself - and this innovative book offers twelve inspiring ways to enrich your soul and twelve more to renew your body, from curing yourself of Strong Black Woman Syndrome ( overdoing, overworking, and over nurturing) to simple rituals that instantly put pleasure into your life.  Plenty of tips are also included on how to  make the most of your time alone-and how to find the time to take care of yourself! inside and out.

My healing kiss information page 121.   Self -hugs and written affirmation have played an important part in my journey.  Self-hugs allow you to give love energy back to yourself.  Stand up right now and give a self-hug a try.  Here is how you do ,
My version of self-hug: wrap your arms around yourself up near your shoulders.  Take a deep breath. Now close your eyes and slightly drop your chin into the hollow created by your crossed arms.  Take two deep breaths.  On each exhale melts down and let your chin drop farther into your chest.  Take two more deep breaths while relaxing your shoulders and body more with each breaths while relaxing your shoulders and body more with each breaths while relaxing your shoulders and body more with each breath.  Remain in this position for at least a full minute. Doesn't this feel good?

Why I created this Blog

Healing life with kisses:

My life, like many others, have been  full of challenges.  I learned at an early age of 12, having a form of bone cancer, that we can't change what has happen in our lives, but we can change how we deal with life.  Life Kisses helps the healing process. What I call life kisses are the little dings, the taps,  of life let you know you need to look closely at life's messages, or that you are on your journey and might need to re evaluate what u are doing or not doing. Kisses or gentle and sweet, the touch makes you notice, that there is something happening, that had to happen and can't be stopped, however it is your perception of the KISS that is important.   Lemons or lemonade

I learned a lot from my clients, my friends, my life coach TY, and family.  Life challenges are also kisses.   I also read a lot and watch many DVD, on health, spirituality, de-stressor the part that Resonates in my spirit are kisses.   I believe that life is about, learning and teaching, again these are kisses.  Sharing my good and not so good life experience are kisses.    My perception is what makes my experience KISSES, " what happens, had to happen and what has to happen can't be stopped".  I am better able to Digest the experience and make wiser decisions and move forward with less stresses.

My books that I love to read that are healing kisses are:
